Returns & Refunds Policy – Icyfit Exclusive

At Icyfit Exclusive, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags and labels must still be attached.

  • Shoes must be unworn and returned with the original shoe box (if provided).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Worn or damaged items caused by customer use

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at icyfitexclusive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges only for the same item in a different size, if available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
